Vacuum powder cryogenic liquid storage tank (also known as LNG storage tank | vacuum storage tank | cryogenic storage tank) is a commonly used and advanced long-term storage equipment for cryogenic liquids, with large storage capacity, adjustable pressure, low evaporation rate, safety and reliability Etc. It is widely used in the storage of industrial gas liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide, ethylene and liquefied natural gas (LNG). The vacuum powder cryogenic liquid storage tank adopts a double-layer cylindrical structure, and the sandwich is filled with insulation material pearl sand and evacuated. It is mainly composed of an inner tank and an outer tank, a thermal insulation structure, a piping system, and safety accessories.

　　The working pressure of the vacuum powder storage tank is generally between 0.2-3.0MPa. It adopts the insulation structure method of interlayer filling with pearl sand and vacuuming, and the thickness of the cold insulation layer is 250mm.

　　Vacuum powder storage tanks are manufactured in the factory of the manufacturer at one time and then shipped to the customer site. Due to the limitation of transportation size, the single volume of this type of storage tank is mostly between 2-200m³, of which 60m³ and 150m³ are the most common.

　　At present, the largest single vacuum powder storage tank in China is 250m³, with a diameter of 4.2 meters and a height of 28 meters. It is designed, produced and manufactured by our company.
