In order to better improve the overall management level of the enterprise, meet the strategic needs of the enterprise, enhance the work ability of employees, and create an atmosphere for all employees to learn, the company specially organized this training meeting conducted by internal personnel. I hope to train my own people through their own ideas, and teach targeted skills, safety production, and company rules and regulations.

　　At 8:00 am on December 26, 2020, the training officially started. This training was highly valued by the company’s leaders, and various departments and employees also gave strong support. A total of more than 100 people participated in the training. I took time out of my busy schedule to participate in the training lectures. During the lectures, everyone listened attentively and took notes carefully.

　　After Mr. Wang, the heads of the company's quality inspection department, technical department, and flaw detection room also gave detailed explanations on the relevant professional knowledge of each department and safety production, which benefited everyone a lot. The General Department also sent a special person to give a detailed explanation on the company's rules and regulations, restaurant management practices, and dual prevention systems.

　　The training lasted for two days. The training course ended successfully on the 28th afternoon. All the employees participating in the training said that this kind of training is memorable, has a lot of experience and gained more, and hopes that the company will often hold similar training courses in the future.
