During peak gas supply, the LNG in the storage tank enters the cryopump through the discharge line to be pressurized to the process pressure, and the pressurized LNG enters the LNG vaporizer to vaporize into gas, and the reheater is reheated to room temperature. Then it is sent to the urban pipe network after voltage regulation, metering and stabilization. In addition, LNG liquid can also be exported through loading pumps and loading skids.
The BOG gas generated during the loading and unloading process first enters the gas phase space of the storage tank and is collected, then reheated by the BOG gas device, pressurized to the process pressure by the compressor, and sent to the main network to avoid waste. The EAG at the station is collected and reheated to room temperature to enter the emission tower for centralized emission.
