The top manhole is mainly used to enter the inner tank during construction and equipment maintenance; the side manhole is a process manhole, which is welded and sealed after the equipment is made; the bottom foundation of the inner tank The anchor belt is evenly embedded, and the entire inner groove can be fastened to the bottom foundation through the anchor belt, and at the same time, the inner groove can be prevented from being convexly deformed at the bottom under the action of the lifting force.
The outer tank is mainly composed of a top cover, a cylinder and a bottom plate, and the material of each part is made of Q235B steel plate. The tank body is equipped with DN600 top manhole and DN700 side manhole to facilitate the overhaul and maintenance of the equipment. The outer tank bottom plate is laid on the foundation platform, and the outer tank body is fastened to the foundation platform through embedded steel plates. The side of the bottom plate adopts a structure to prevent water from entering.
The inner and outer roofs adopt the ribbed vault structure in the latitude direction, and the wall thickness of the roof is 5/6mm;
The inner and outer cylinder adopts built-in angle steel ring to strengthen the structure, and the thickness of the cylinder wall varies from 5-8mm.
The key pressure-bearing parts of the upper part of the inner cylinder body and the top cover (pressure ring), the lower part of the cylinder body and the bottom plate are reinforced with thick plates and ribs to ensure that they can withstand sufficient pressure.
