The middle layer uses dry nitrogen to prevent humid air from entering. The inner cylinder of the purple cap tank is manufactured in the factory, pressure tested, and then transported to the site, while the outer tank is set up on-site.

The vacuum tank is a double metal tank, with the outer tank made of carbon steel material, filled with insulation material in the interlayer, and vacuumed. After pressure testing in the factory, the entire unit is transported to the site. The total storage capacity of the oxygen, nitrogen, and argon storage tank is below 1000 cubic meters. The process of the vacuum tank is relatively simple, generally using a booster to pressurize the tank, allowing the material to flow into the vaporizer under pressure without using power equipment, resulting in low energy consumption. It is a flat-bottomed double-walled cylindrical tank, with the inner tank used for storing liquefied natural gas. The outer shell serves to protect and maintain cold temperatures. To reduce external heat entering the tank, the inner and outer tanks are designed to be independently separated. The tank top is a self-supporting arch that can withstand external pressure from the insulation material and internal pressure from the gas.
