With the upgrade of safety in chemical installations and the implementation of national regulations, the safety requirements for LNG storage tanks are becoming increasingly strict. The previous single-container structure of LNG tanks significantly increased the land area occupied, reducing the land utilization rate of the factory and increasing the investment cost for the owners.
In order to increase land utilization and enhance the safety of storage tanks, our company has designed a double-metal full-container structure for LNG storage tanks with a single volume between 5000-50000m3, specifically for liquefaction and peak shaving projects. This structure complies with national standards, saves land costs, and has investment and construction costs that are at least half of those of concrete full containers. This structure has already been put into use and is operating well.
