1. Preparation before pressure regulation

1. Preparation of tools

Explosion-proof adjustable wrench, two sets of gloves, and two sets of protective equipment.

2. Work preparation

(1) Wear labor protection equipment, including anti-static clothing, anti-static shoes, safety helmets, etc.

(2) Check whether mobile phones, computers, and other devices that easily generate static electricity are placed in a safe area, whether the surrounding environment is safe, and whether it meets the operating conditions;

(3) Before entering the station, touch the static discharge facility with your hand to release static electricity;

(4) Check whether the explosion-proof wrench and other pressure regulation tools are fully equipped;

(5) Check whether the pressure gauge, level gauge, thermometer, combustible gas detector, and safety valve of the storage tank are in normal working condition.

(6) Check whether the pipeline valves, pressure gauges, and safety valves are in normal working condition.

(7) Prepare the explosion-proof tools to be used.

2.LNG Full Containment TankGas supply process:

1. Confirm that all gas supply valves of the storage tank, except for the root valve and emergency shut-off valve, are closed.

2. Open the liquid inlet valve and pressurized liquid valve and gas valve at the bottom of the storage tank, and check whether the valves before and after the pressurized vaporizer are open.

3. Open the low-temperature shut-off valve before the vaporizer, the normal temperature flange ball valve after the vaporizer, and open all valves of the pressure regulation system.

4.a. When the gas supply amount is less than 1000-2000 nm3/h, using the liquid from one storage tank is sufficient to meet the gas supply requirements;

5. Outflow:

(1) When the pressure of the storage tank rises above 0.15MPa higher than the outlet pressure, slowly open the liquid outlet valve to complete the gas supply operation.

(2) Record the number of the storage tank and the time when gas supply starts.

(3) Closely monitor the changes in the liquid level and pressure of the storage tank during the gas supply process, as well as the changes in the outflow rate and pressure.

3. LNG Full Containment Tank Self-pressurization Operation Procedure

1. During manual operation, open the valves: pressurized liquid phase valve, pressurized gas phase bypass valve, and vaporizer liquid inlet valve, allowing LNG to directly enter the self-pressurizing vaporizer, and after vaporization, enter the LNG storage tank. At this time, closely observe the pressure, and when the pressure of the LNG storage tank reaches the required value, close the valve of the pressurized liquid phase valve.

2. Precautions:

(1) During the operation of the LNG full containment tank, ensure that the upper liquid level is 90% and the lower limit is 15%.

(2) When manually operating the pressurization system, it is strictly prohibited to leave the site.

(3) When the pressurization system is in operation, the depressurization system should be closed.

(4) During manual operation, it is strictly prohibited to leave the site.

4. Risk Analysis and Countermeasures

1. When loading and unloading LNG ships, operators should wear masks, anti-static work clothes, and anti-freeze gloves.

2. When unloading LNG tank trucks, it is prohibited to move vehicles to avoid breaking the loading and unloading hose, causing a large amount of LNG leakage.

3. When there is LNG in the pipeline, the valves at both ends cannot be closed at the same time.

4. It is prohibited to touch or step on low-temperature pipelines and facilities.

5. Under no circumstances should water, oil, mechanical impurities, etc. enter the pipeline to avoid clogging the pipeline.
