LNG full containment tankIt refers to the liquefied natural gas storage tank, which has a horizontal, double-layer cylindrical vacuum powder insulation structure. The inner tank holds LNG, made of S30408 material, with standard elliptical heads. The outer tank faces the atmosphere and is made of Q345R low alloy steel, with an eight-point support structure between the inner and outer tanks. The interstitial space is filled with perlite thermal insulation material, with a high vacuum level, and the pressure in the interstitial space is ≤5Pa, exceeding national standards to ensure daily evaporation rates. Through these valves, instruments can achieve liquid in and out, as well as on-site observation of pressure and liquid levels.

What are the precautions for LNG full containment tanks? Let's take a brief look together.
1. The LNG full containment tank should be placed in a well-ventilated area, with a distance of no less than 1.5m from fire sources and heat sources. It is prohibited to use fire to bake the liquefied natural gas storage tank, to scald with boiling water, or to expose it to direct sunlight. Regularly check the gas tightness of the valves and pipe joints of the LNG full containment tank to prevent leaks. Soap water can be used to check for air leaks, and open flames should not be used for leak testing.
2. When igniting, first ignite the igniter, then open the gas; the order must not be reversed. During use, someone should be on guard and not leave to prevent water from boiling over and extinguishing the fire, causing liquefied gas flow and potential explosions.LNG full containment tankAfter use, close the valve tightly to prevent gas leakage.
3. The liquefied gas in the LNG full containment tank should not be completely used up; a certain residual pressure should be maintained. The residual pressure should generally be greater than 49.03kPa to prevent air from entering the LNG full containment tank. Residual liquid left in the liquefied petroleum gas bottle is also a flammable substance and should not be poured out on its own to prevent residual liquid from flowing and evaporating, causing a fire.
4. The LNG full containment tank is a pressure vessel and should be well maintained and regularly inspected. During handling and management, preventLNG full containment tankfalling or impact, and do not use iron tools to strike the valve to open it. Prevent exposure to direct sunlight and prolonged rain. The LNG full containment tank should generally be inspected every two years.
5. Although the explosion research range of liquefied petroleum gas is not very wide, its lower limit is small, so once a leak occurs, it can easily ignite and explode. Since liquefied petroleum gas is heavier than air, it flows downward when leaking in the air, accumulating in low-lying areas, becoming a hidden danger for gas explosions. Therefore, gas can easily leak in certain areas. Relying solely on window ventilation is not enough; attention should also be paid to ventilation at lower levels.
6. When a leak of liquefied gas is detected indoors, promptly open doors and windows for ventilation, allowing it to diffuse towards areas without open flames. It is strictly prohibited to ignite nearby. After troubleshooting and the smell dissipates, it can be used again. Waste liquid on the ground should be covered with sand and moved to a safe place. If the LNG full containment tank catches fire, immediately close the control valve, move it to an open outdoor area, and use dry powder extinguishers, carbon dioxide as extinguishing agents, or cover it with wet burlap sacks to extinguish the fire.
7. To educate children not to use liquefied natural gas cylinders, users should understand the safety knowledge of using liquefied natural gas cylinders.
How to perform daily maintenance on LNG full containment tanks? Let's take a brief look together.
1. Pressure gauges, level gauges, safety valves, and other safety accessories should be calibrated regularly.
2. Regularly conduct systematic leak testing on the connections of various accessories. 5.3 Regularly clean and maintain the gas cylinder, checking for any damage or corrosion on the cylinder's exterior, and any abnormal frosting.
