With the continuous and healthy development of China's economy, the environmental protection of energy demand has received increasing attention. Natural gas is currently a clean energy that can be obtained on a large scale on Earth and is expected to become a major energy source in the future. There are three main sources of natural gas: first, pipeline natural gas; second, compressed natural gas (CNG); and third, liquefied natural gas (LNG).

As a new form of energy, liquefied natural gas has developed on a large scale in China in recent years. LNG (liquefied natural gas) has become the choice for urban reserve gas sources, large industrial users, and remote areas, serving as the main gas source or transitional gas source for cities that cannot use pipeline natural gas supply, and also as a supplementary gas source or peak-shaving gas source for many cities using pipeline natural gas.Pressure regulating and metering skidAbbreviated as LNG vaporization pressure regulating skid, it is widely promoted as a terminal device using liquefied natural gas.

1. The pressure regulating and metering skid consists of an air temperature vaporizer, a pressure regulation control part, and an odorization metering part. The air vaporizer vaporizes liquid LNG into gas, adjusts the pressure to about 0.4 MPa through the pressure regulation group, and then outputs it to the urban gas pipeline network or independent residential communities, small and medium-sized industrial users, and large and medium-sized public building users.

At the same time, in order to measure trade costs or internal costs, flow measurement is required. According to customer requirements, some equipment needs to be equipped with an odorization system, and the average annual temperature of the site needs to be considered to determine whether to add a reheating device.

3. The pressure regulating and metering skid is a natural gas supply system developed to meet the monthly gas demand of independent residential communities, small and medium-sized industrial users, and large and medium-sized public users. All functional components except the LNG storage tank are integrated on the skid base, the entire system occupies a small area, has a short manufacturing cycle, and is convenient and quick for on-site installation; the design, manufacturing, testing, debugging, and after-sales service of the entire system are completed by professional manufacturers, making it reliable and convenient. Currently, the on-site installation workload is small, only connecting the inlet and outlet pipelines and external electrical connections, making operation and maintenance convenient, safe, and reliable, with remote control achievable without on-site monitoring.

In addition to meeting the traditional demand for peak-shaving gas and industrial gas, LNG is gradually becoming an alternative energy for transportation. As a fuel for vehicles, liquefied natural gas has the advantages of safety, environmental protection, and economy. The advantages and prospects of LNG vehicles have been widely recognized in the industry, and the economic benefits of liquefied natural gas as fuel have become the source of its development.

GasPressure regulating and metering skidFor urban residents, there are the following advantages: there is no need to apply to the planning department for demarcating the red line position, solving the land acquisition and site selection problem for pressure regulating stations; all low-pressure main pipes in all blocks are eliminated, reducing the tension of road pipeline locations and saving pipeline network investment; using medium-pressure transportation, under the same transportation volume, the pipe diameter is reduced, which can save a lot of costs; since the pressure regulating device is close to the user, the pressure fluctuations for users are very small, ensuring the stability of gas consumption; the pressure regulating well has good ventilation performance, and the equipment installation is compact, resulting in overall maintenance being less than that of pressure regulating stations.
