MorningAt 11 o'clock sharp, the groundbreaking ceremony for the second phase of the Duer Equipment project was grandly held. Attending the ceremony were County Party Secretary Zhang Rongyin, County Party Deputy Secretary and County Mayor Guan Wenbo, leaders of the four major county committees, Party (Work) Committee Secretaries of various towns (streets), main responsible persons of relevant county-level units, and representatives of the construction party.
At the ceremony, Zhang Rongyin announced the commencement of the sixth phase of Sheqi County.The "Three Batches" project.
Guan Wenbo, on behalf of the county party committee and county government,expressed warm congratulations on the concentrated commencement of 13 key projects and heartfelt thanks to all entrepreneurs and people from all walks of life who care for and support the development of Sheqi. He pointed out that this concentrated commencement activity is a major measure taken by the county party committee and county government to fully implement the strategy of "industrial county, strengthening industry" and reinforce project support. We must firmly establish the concept of "projects are king," seize development opportunities, strengthen element guarantees, and do everything possible to accelerate the construction of key projects, using the actual results of project construction to promote high-quality economic and social development in the county.
Zhu Jinjun, Chairman of Duer Equipment, delivered a speech at the ceremony, stating: Facing new opportunities, we embark on a new journey. Duer Equipment plans to invest in the high-standard construction of the second phase project.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 145 acres, to build a production workshop for mobile tank containers, a testing center, and a design center, with a planned construction area of more than 70,000 square meters. After the project is completed, the annual output value is expected to increase by 500 million yuan, becoming a national-level manufacturing innovation center, which will play a comprehensive demonstration and leading role in the national low-temperature industry. We aim to develop Duer into an industry leader as soon as possible, driving a complete industrial chain and making a significant contribution to the development of our county's equipment manufacturing industry.
At 11:40 AM, the leaders and guests attending the ceremony gathered by the foundation pit, shoveling auspicious sand and soil to officially lay the foundation for the second phase of Duer's project.
