The design, manufacturing, and installation of the explosion-proof YTQZ series skid-mounted equipment room comply with national technical standards, China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation technical standards, and national environmental protection standards. The structure is explosion-proof, soundproof, heat-insulating, and corrosion-resistant.
The equipment room can be divided into two rooms: the battery charging room and the equipment room.
The equipment room is designed as a skid-mounted unit, with an exterior made of profiled plate structure. The impact toughness of the equipment room meets the requirements for lifting, towing, transporting, and supporting wall-mounted equipment installation.
The roof of the equipment room is waterproof, with a roof drainage trough, sufficient compressive strength, and ensures good sealing to prevent precipitation from entering.
The skid-mounted equipment room is equipped with electric heaters, ventilation and cooling equipment, fire detection alarms, access control systems, lighting, maintenance power outlets, distribution equipment, and grounding devices.
Before transportation, the internal boxes, distribution equipment, ventilation and cooling equipment, and HVAC equipment in the equipment room are installed; and components, cable laying, wiring, testing, etc., are carried out.
