The air-heated vaporizer is mainly composed of star-shaped vaporization tube fins, liquid-gas guide tube, base, bracket, inlet and outlet joints, etc.
Star-shaped vaporized tube fin: The material is made of LF anti-rust aluminum alloy, with a diameter of 115mm or 160mm, each with 8 wings symmetrical, with good vaporization effect, sturdiness and durability, corrosion resistance and weathering resistance.
Liquid diversion tube: The material is made of copper tube or 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel tube, which is resistant to high pressure and impact.
Base and support: Angle aluminum is selected as the material, which is durable, corrosion-resistant and durable.

Star-shaped finned tube
The star-shaped fin tube is the core component of the vaporizer, which is the wrong way to absorb heat and vaporize. The material of the fin tube is rust-proof aluminum. The fin tube of the fin tube usually has 8 fins and 12 fins. Finned tube The outer diameter mainly consists of two specifications, φ160mm and φ200mm, and φ200mm is usually used for large-scale vaporization.
Material and technology
All parts are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel with excellent oxidation resistance and high performance. The high-pressure connection between the stainless steel core tube and the fin is tight. Before leaving the factory, they are dried with nitrogen in accordance with oxygen standards to ensure product quality and safer use.

The vaporizer is strictly cleaned when leaving the factory, and the oil and grease are removed. The water pressure test and the air tightness test are performed. There is no leakage. After the pressure test, they are all blown dry with dry nitrogen.
The air-heated vaporizer realizes its gasification function by relying on its own sensible heat and absorbing the heat of the outside atmosphere. This is its advantage.
