This series of gasifiers are tube-type, connected by star-shaped fin tubes. The unique "bridge" connection improves the gasification capacity and the flexibility of the equipment. The heat conduction tube of the air-temperature vaporizer is formed by extruding the heat sink and the pipe material, and the cross section of the heat conduction tube is a star-shaped fin. The air-heated vaporizer is composed of an evaporation part and a heating part. The evaporating part is composed of heat conduction pipes connected side by side with end plate tubes, and the heating part is composed of heat conduction pipes connected in series with elbow joints.

Star-shaped finned tube
