High vaporization rate - the vaporizer consists of an efficient vaporization device and an auxiliary heating device. It ensures that at an ambient temperature of -5 degrees Celsius and a butane content of 70%, the rated vaporization amount can still be achieved.
Safe and reliable - the equipment is equipped with a magnetic float level gauge, remote level exceeding alarm, and mechanical anti-overflow device, allowing management personnel to intuitively understand the operating status of the vaporizer on-site or in the duty room, effectively ensuring the safe operation of the equipment and normal gas supply.
Low operating cost - the failure rate of vaporization is extremely low. The operating cost at air temperature is zero. When the ambient temperature decreases or the liquefied gas butane content is high, leading to a reduction in vaporization amount, the auxiliary heating device can be activated, but the cost incurred at this time is still about 1/5 of that of electric heating.
