Carbon dioxide storage tank, low-temperature liquid carbon dioxide storage tank, structured as a double-layer container composed of inner and outer containers, designed in a vacuum powder insulation type, available in vertical and horizontal types. The inner container material is selected as 16MnDR, and the outer container material can be selected as 16MnR based on the user's region. The interlayer of the inner and outer containers is filled with insulating material, pearl sand, and vacuumed.

Insulation Method
The insulation material is selected as pearl sand filled in the interlayer and vacuumed under hot conditions. The standard vacuum degree after sealing the interlayer is:
Effective Volume: For volumes less than or equal to 10m3, vacuum degree ≤ 2Pa; for volumes greater than 10m3 and less than or equal to 50m3, vacuum degree ≤ 3Pa; for volumes greater than 50m3 and less than or equal to 100m3, vacuum degree ≤ 5Pa. With excellent technology, filling process, and quality assurance commitment, a better insulation effect is achieved.
The low-temperature liquid carbon dioxide storage tank adopts a "combined safety system valve" that uses two sets of safety valves to work simultaneously. During the regular calibration of the safety valves, one side can be closed while the other side continues to operate, ensuring the safe operation of the storage tank.
The upper part of the storage tank's inner container is equipped with a pressure gauge, differential pressure liquid level gauge, and liquid level reference table, allowing for real-time monitoring of the storage amount and pressure changes, facilitating operations during filling and draining.
The lower part of the storage tank is equipped with vacuum detection, vacuum gauge pipe, and vacuum valve, which can be regularly or at any time checked with a vacuum gauge to ensure the safe operation of the storage tank.
