The air temperature liquid carbon dioxide vaporizer uses natural air convection to heat the low-temperature liquid in the heat exchange tube, causing it to completely evaporate into gas; it is an energy-saving heat exchange device that integrates air temperature and heating vaporization functions, capable of replacing heating vaporization products.

Product Structure

The air temperature vaporizer mainly consists of star-shaped vaporization tube fins, liquid-gas guiding tubes, base, support, and inlet and outlet joints.

Star-shaped vaporization tube fins: Made of LF rust-proof aluminum alloy, with diameters of 160mm or 200mm, available in 8-fins and 12-fins symmetrical designs, providing good vaporization effect, sturdy and durable, corrosion-resistant, and weather-resistant.

Liquid guiding tube: Made of LF rust-proof aluminum alloy or 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel pipe, resistant to high pressure and impact.

Base and support: Made of angle aluminum, sturdy, durable, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting.

Technical Parameters

Working Pressure: 0.1-40MPa

Single unit vaporization capacity: 20-3000Nm³/h, large specifications are not easy to transport, it is recommended to choose a multi-day combination type.

Design Conditions: Vaporization capacity for continuous use of 8-12 hours.
