LNG vaporization station process flow. The LNG transported by tank truck is unloaded at the unloading platform of the vaporization station, where the tank truck's built-in booster is activated to pressurize the tank truck. A pressure difference is formed between the LNG tank truck and the station's storage tank. Under the effect of this pressure difference, LNG is transferred into the low-temperature storage tank of the vaporization station through the unloading hose.
The equipment used for LNG vaporization output in the low-temperature storage tank of the LNG vaporization station is an air bath vaporizer. If the pressure in the LNG storage tank is relatively low, the storage tank booster should be activated to pressurize the tank when vaporizing in the air bath vaporizer. LNG enters the air bath vaporizer under the effect of the pressure difference, and as the temperature changes, LNG undergoes a phase change to become gaseous, which is then sent into the urban gas pipeline system after pressure regulation, metering, and odorization.
If the outlet gas temperature of the air bath vaporizer does not meet the delivery requirements, the water bath vaporizer connected in parallel with the air bath vaporizer should be activated to heat the low-temperature gas until the outlet gas temperature meets the delivery requirements. It is then sent into the urban gas pipeline system for user consumption after pressure regulation, metering, and odorization.
