Nanyang Du'er Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock high-tech enterprise located in the picturesque area south of the Funiu Mountains and north of the Han River; the source of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project -- Nanyang, the place where the military strategist Zhuge Liang cultivated, and the famous battles of Danyang during the Qin and Chu dynasties, as well as the Three Kingdoms story of 'Three Visits to the Thatched Cottage' took place here. The company is conveniently located near the Lan-Nan Expressway, Hu-Shan Expressway, Nanyang Airport, and Nanyang High-Speed Railway Station.
Nanyang Du'er Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. mainly engages in the research and development, design, manufacturing, and after-sales service of various industrial gas equipment and cryogenic equipment.
1. Cryogenic Equipment Division: Large atmospheric cryogenic storage tanks, powder vacuum cryogenic storage tanks, large air bath vaporizers, water bath vaporizers, cryogenic loading pumps and loading arm systems for large cryogenic storage tanks, metering skids, etc.
2. Gas Equipment Division: LNG refueling stations, L-CNG refueling stations, LNG vaporization stations, LNG vaporizers, LNG vaporization pressure regulation metering and odorization skids, LPG vaporizers.
3. Heat Exchanger Division: High-pressure spiral heat exchangers, fixed tube sheet heat exchangers, U-tube heat exchangers, floating head heat exchangers.
The company always adheres to the concept of 'building a trustworthy brand in the industry based on advanced DOER technology' and actively explores and develops new processes and technologies, continuously introducing advanced technologies and research results from both domestic and international sources.
In recent years, the industrial gas equipment produced by the company has been widely used in various fields such as LNG production from coke oven gas, steel metallurgy, air separation, urban gas, heat treatment, coal and oil boiler transformation, as well as powder metallurgy, hot-dip galvanizing, petrochemicals, chemical fibers, float glass, food preservation, pharmaceuticals, electronics, automotive LNG refueling stations, marine LNG transformation, gas receiving station reserve peak-shaving stations, and laboratories of national defense, aerospace, and universities.
LNG storage tanks are specialized products for storing liquefied natural gas, classified as special equipment and type III pressure vessels, made from 06Ni9DR material, completed through flaw detection, hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, on-site inspections by the technical supervision bureau, issuance of pressure vessel inspection certificates, and external rust removal and painting processes. LNG storage tanks have strict quality assessments for the materials of pressure components, appearance dimensions, weld quality, operational quality, installation quality, internal devices, and safety accessories.
Routine physical and chemical tests of tank materials include: mechanical properties and chemical composition.
Weld joints, welds, tank heads, and the geometric positions of various pressure components are strictly inspected through X-ray non-destructive testing and magnetic particle testing. Tests are conducted on the product's sealing, pressure resistance, and all technical indicators that could affect the safe operation of the product.
Common Structures
Common structures of LNG storage tanks include: vertical LNG storage tanks, horizontal LNG storage tanks, vertical double tanks, and atmospheric storage tanks.
Vertical LNG Storage Tank:
Volumes include 50 cubic meters, 100 cubic meters, 150 cubic meters, and 200 cubic meters;
Horizontal LNG Storage Tank:
Volumes include 60 cubic meters and 100 cubic meters;
Vertical Double Tank:
A double tank refers to an inner tank composed of multiple sub-tanks in parallel to meet large capacity storage needs, with multiple sub-tanks assembled in a large outer tank. The number of sub-tanks ranges from 3 to 7, generally not exceeding 12. The volume of a single sub-tank should not be too large, typically between 100 to 150 cubic meters, with a maximum of 250 cubic meters. Common sizes include 1000 cubic meters, 1750 cubic meters, and 2000 cubic meters;
Atmospheric Storage Tank:
Includes medium and large atmospheric LNG storage tanks and extra-large atmospheric LNG storage tanks.
Precautions
1. Gas cylinders should be placed in a well-ventilated area, with a distance of no less than 1.5 meters from fire sources and heat sources. Gas cylinders must not be heated with fire, boiled in water, or exposed to direct sunlight. Regular checks should be made on the gas tightness of cylinder valves and pipeline joints to ensure no leaks. Soap water can be used to check for leaks, and open flames are strictly prohibited for leak testing.
2. When igniting, the igniter should be lit first, then the gas should be opened, and this order should not be reversed. During use, someone should supervise and not leave, to prevent water from boiling over and extinguishing the fire, causing liquefied gas to flow and potentially explode. After using the gas cylinder, the valve must be tightly closed to prevent leaks.
3. The liquefied gas in the cylinder should not be completely used up; a certain residual pressure should be maintained. The residual pressure should generally be greater than 49.03 kPa (i.e., 0.5 kg/cm2, gauge pressure) to prevent air from entering the cylinder. After using liquefied petroleum gas, the remaining liquid in the cylinder is also a flammable substance and should not be disposed of by oneself to prevent fire caused by the flow and evaporation of residual liquid.
4. Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders are pressure vessels and should be well maintained and regularly inspected. During handling and use, care should be taken to prevent the cylinder from falling or being struck, and it is prohibited to use metal tools to strike the valve. Direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to rain should be avoided. Cylinders are generally inspected every two years.
5. Although the explosion range of liquefied petroleum gas is not very wide, its lower limit is small, making it easy to ignite and explode once a leak occurs. Additionally, LPG is heavier than air, so when it leaks into the air, it flows downward and can accumulate in low-lying areas, posing a risk of gas explosion. Therefore, areas where gas is likely to leak should not rely solely on window ventilation; attention should also be paid to ventilation at lower levels.
6. When a leak of liquefied gas is detected indoors, promptly open doors and windows for ventilation, allowing it to disperse in a direction away from open flames. No open flames are allowed nearby until the fault is resolved and the distinctive odor disappears. Waste liquid leaked on the ground should be covered with sand and then removed to a safe place. If the cylinder catches fire, immediately close the valve, move it to an open outdoor area, and extinguish the fire using dry powder extinguishers, carbon dioxide extinguishers, or wet burlap sacks.
7. Children should be educated not to play with gas cylinders, and users should understand the safety knowledge of using gas cylinders.
