What is the technology of LNG low-temperature storage tanks?

LNG低温储罐分为真空粉末绝热型和常压粉末绝热型。利用粉末绝热型、导热率低的粉末、纤维或泡沫材料减少热量流入。两种形式：中的一种适用于大气压上普通粉末绝热(累积绝热)，绝热层厚，填充干燥氮以保持正压，防止水分进入和凝结，适用于液氮温度以上。另一种真空粉末绝热，即在填充粉末的空间中抽出真空，减少气体传热，粉末颗粒也减弱辐射热，提高隔热效果。
LNG低温储罐是平底双层结构，内壁是不锈钢制造的，外壳是碳钢制造的，内壁介质、内壁和外壳之间的中间层形成了寒冷的空间，内壁外壳都是平底结构，罐顶是球结型的。内壁和外壳地板之间用泡沫玻璃砖隔热，中间层用珍珠砂隔热，外壳安装旋转板梯子，凹槽顶部有操作平台和安全护栏。容量在200平方米以上，国内为2000平方米，与国外相比，差距很大。工作压力低，34 KPA40 KPA左右，液泵或液位车充满电，也可用作氧气峰值气体，氧气机短暂停止或氧气降低时工作，经过泵压后通过汽化器输送到管网。
LNG低温储罐的技术(珍珠砂、试验压力、真空萃取)是怎样？
1.选择可靠的高性能真空泵很重要。我们选择了2X - 70型双级旋转式真空泵，可获得70升/秒，真空度为10-3土(0.133Pa)。效果很好。为了缩短提取时间，可以选择串联泵。
2、真空度测量的准确性是能否抽真空的关键。普通真空储油罐随机安装真空计，用热电偶真空计可以随时直接测量真空度，但由于真空计容易污染，测量值误差较大。用热电偶真空计测量过多个真空罐。大部分测量值偏差很大，没有参考价值。推荐便携式旋转表真空机。根据博伊尔-马洛特理想气体恒温压缩规律设计。
LNG低温储罐的气压实验是怎样？
对LNG低温储罐内筒进行气压试验，试验压力达到1.2倍的工作压力。具体步骤将根据《容规》相关条款和条件进行。在内筒上进行气压试验，一方面检查强度，另一方面检查内筒的密封性能，通过压力计上的标记检查内筒是否有泄漏。上述检查方案适用于不打开盖子或通过对原始资料的审查、外部检查、真空度测试后认为没有必要打开盖子的情况。由于该容器的设计寿命一般为15年，储存介质基本上不会被内部腐蚀，要求高NDT，因此在正常使用情况下，设备使用5-10年一般不会出现太大问题。但是，如果在操作过程中发现影响设备正常操作的重大问题，就要打开盖子。或者，如果再次抽取真空，但不符合要求，则表明存在泄漏。如果盖子需要打开修理，一定要打开盖子修理。
