Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Argon Storage TankComposed of a vacuum shell and a pressure vessel placed within. The oxygen, nitrogen, and argon storage tank can operate under low to medium pressure according to actual design requirements. It is equipped with a safety rupture device, which ensures safe protection of the storage tank in case of overpressure. The storage tank is designed to be safe, reliable in operation, and sturdy. When operating the tank, strictly adhere to the correct safety and operational regulations.

Charging Precautions
Pre-charging is usually prepared for a "warm tank." The so-called "warm tank" refers to something that has not been used before charging, to ensure the purity of the storage medium.
The blowing pressure should be less than 50% of the tank's working pressure or 0.2 MPa, and a positive pressure of 0.03 MPa should always be maintained inside the tank. This prevents pollutants from the atmosphere from being re-absorbed into the tank.
Pre-charging (Warm Storage Tank) Plan
1. Blow the storage tank to ensure the purity of the storage medium.
2. Clearly identify the substances contained in the transport device that are to be accurately transported.
3. Ensure that all valves, except for the liquid level indicating liquid flow valve and the liquid level indicating valve, are closed.
Connect the delivery hose of the conveyor to the tank charging port.
Operational Preparation
Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Argon Storage TankOperational preparation includes adjusting the pressure regulating valve and opening the pressure regulating circuit. Automatically evaporate the liquid and deliver the gas required for the charging device.
Tank Pressure Control
The pressure of the tank is controlled by a regulating valve, and the working pressure can be adjusted through the adjustment handle at the bottom of the regulating valve without disassembling any parts.
Charging
The tank in use is recharged through the charging valves at the top and bottom. Since the hot vapor on the liquid is compressed, bottom charging will cause the tank pressure to rise. If the correct charging procedure is followed, no failures will occur during use or transportation. Generally, it is not necessary to release the tank pressure before charging.
Note: Charging a low-temperature tank from the bottom will compress the MOIN gas in the evaporative space, increasing the tank pressure, while charging from the top will reduce the pressure. This is because the top space cools the MOIN gas and re-liquefies it.
1. Clearly identify that the substances in the conveyor are indeed the substances being transported.
2. Ensure that the top and bottom charging valves are closed.
3. Ensure that the tank is at the specified operating pressure.
4. Please ensure that all other valves are in normal working condition.
5. Connect the conveyor hose to the tank charging port.
Note: Before charging, open the discharge valve of the charging pipe and the gas delivery valve for about 3 minutes, or until the hose starts to frost, to cool the water delivery pipeline and flush it. Close the discharge valve of the charging pipe.
