The oxygen, nitrogen, and argon storage tank consists of a vacuum shell and a pressure vessel placed inside. Precautions for Charging the Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Argon Storage Tank
Pre-charging usually refers to items that have not been used before charging, to ensure the purity of the stored medium. Maintain a positive pressure of 0.03 MPa inside the tank to prevent atmospheric pollutants from being re-absorbed into the water tank.
Pre-charging (Warm Oil Tank) Plan
1. Blow out the storage tank to ensure the purity of the stored medium.
2. Clearly identify the substances included in the transport device that need to be accurately transported.
3. Ensure that all doors are closed except for the liquid level indicator and liquid flow valve. Connect the conveyor transfer hose to the water tank charging joint.Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Argon Storage TankOperational preparation includes adjusting the pressure regulator and opening the pressure regulation circuit. Automatically evaporate the liquid and deliver the gas required for the charging device.
The water tank in use is recharged through the charging valves at the top and bottom. Due to the compression of the steam on the liquid, floor charging will cause the pressure in the water tank to rise. If the correct charging procedure is followed, no faults will occur during use or transportation. Generally, it is not necessary to discharge the pressure in the water tank before charging.
1. Clearly identify that the substances in the conveyor are indeed the substances being transported.
2. Ensure that the charging valves at the top and bottom are closed. Confirm that the tank is at the specified operating pressure.
3. Please ensure that all other doors are in normal operating condition.
5. Connect the conveyor hose to the water tank charging joint.
4. Before charging, open the discharge valve of the charging pipe and convey gas for about 3 minutes, or until the hose starts to frost, cool the water delivery pipeline, and then close the discharge of the charging pipe.
6. Fully open the top charging valve.
