Working principle of the pressure regulating metering skid: The pressure regulating skid consists of five parts: intake valve body, intake joint, exhaust joint, exhaust valve body, and pilot. The intake valve body is equipped with a main valve pressure control spring, high-pressure cylinder sleeve, and sealing membrane. The valve body has a fixed seat, which consists of a sealing pair and a high-pressure cylinder sleeve. When the conduit is closed, the high-pressure cylinder is pressed against the fixed seat under the action of the main valve spring, sealing the medium inside the pressure regulating skid. When the pilot valve opens, the sealing membrane pulls the compression spring of the sealing membrane pressure plate, separating the high-pressure cylinder sleeve from the fixed seat, commanding the valve to open wider. The larger the gap between the high-pressure cylinder sleeve and the fixed seat, the higher the flow gas pressure and the greater the flow.

Spray warning signs on the surface of the pressure regulating skid or box, such as no collision and equipment number, or hang warning signs. 2. Check and measure whether the static electricity devices meet the parameter requirements, and whether the instruments at all levels are working normally. 3. Smoking or ignition is prohibited during debugging to avoid generating static electricity. Collisions, pipe knocking, and skid pressure adjustments are strictly prohibited. 4. The opening of the valve should be slow, and it should not be opened or closed violently. 5. Regularly check and maintain the emergency shut-off valve, which should be tested, checked, and maintained at least once a week.
How to select a pressure regulating metering skid? The pressure regulating metering skid is the main functional equipment of the pressure regulating trolley, responsible for the main tasks of the entire station. Currently, there are three types of working regulating valves used in industry: automatic regulating valves, pneumatic regulating valves, and electric regulating valves. We see that electric regulating valves are increasingly used in various positions as a type of working regulating valve. If the pressure regulating skid's main task is to adjust or stabilize gas pressure, the stabilizer in operation should be selected as a self-operated stabilizer; if both gas pressure adjustment and current adjustment are needed, a pneumatic regulating valve should be selected; if there are both gas pressure adjustment requirements and current adjustment requirements, but the station is not equipped with a processor, then an electric regulator should be selected.
