  Product Structure

The air temperature vaporizer mainly consists of star-shaped vaporization tube fins, liquid-gas guiding tubes, a base, a support frame, and inlet and outlet joints.

Star-shaped vaporization tube fins: Made of LF rust-proof aluminum alloy, with diameters of 115mm or 160mm, featuring 8 symmetrical fins, providing good vaporization effect, sturdy and durable, corrosion-resistant, and weather-resistant.

Liquid guiding tubes: Made of copper or 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel, resistant to high pressure and impact.

Base and support frame: Made of angle aluminum, sturdy, durable, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting.

  Star-shaped Finned Tube

The star-shaped finned tube is the core component of the vaporizer, responsible for heat absorption and vaporization. The material of the finned tube is rust-proof aluminum, with common fin configurations of 8 fins and 12 fins. The outer diameters of the finned tubes are mainly in two specifications: φ160mm and φ200mm, with large vaporizers typically using φ200mm.

  Materials and Process

All parts are made of high-performance aluminum alloy and stainless steel with excellent anti-corrosion properties. The stainless steel core tube is tightly connected to the fins under high pressure. Before leaving the factory, all products are nitrogen purged according to oxygen standards to ensure product quality and safer use.

  Main Advantages

This air temperature vaporizer is an efficient and energy-saving product, saving a significant amount of electricity and steam compared to water bath electric heating vaporizers and steam heating water bath vaporizers.

The structural characteristics of this vaporizer ensure that all components maintain normal working pressure at cryogenic temperatures, avoiding sealing freeze, with good sealing performance, safety, reliability, non-corrosiveness, and long service life.

This vaporizer has a compact structure, with uniform, neat, and aesthetically pleasing arrangement, and the finned tubes use large finned tubes.

All welds at the connections of this vaporizer are made using argon arc welding, resulting in neat, beautiful welds without defects such as edge biting or pores.

This vaporizer is strictly cleaned before leaving the factory to remove oil and grease, and undergoes water pressure and air tightness tests to ensure no leakage. After pressure testing, it is dried with dry nitrogen.

The air temperature vaporizer relies on its own sensible heat and the absorption of heat from the external atmospheric environment to achieve vaporization, which is its advantage.
