Liquid Nitrogen Atmospheric Storage Tank
The liquid nitrogen atmospheric storage tank is a double-metal flat-bottom storage tank used to store liquid low-temperature nitrogen gas. It generally has a double-metal structure, with pearl sand filling in the middle for insulation, ensuring the low-temperature state of the liquid nitrogen in the inner tank, making it difficult for the liquid nitrogen gas to evaporate.

Equipment Foundation Platform
The equipment has a flat bottom with an arch cover and a vertical double-layer wall structure.
The equipment foundation adopts an elevated style, with the entire equipment resting on a reinforced concrete foundation platform, supported by concrete columns at the bottom of the foundation platform. The equipment foundation is ventilated and moisture-proof, and the equipment is elevated.
Inner and Outer Tank Body
The inner tank mainly consists of the tank top, cylinder body, and bottom plate, with all components made of austenitic stainless steel 304. The tank body is equipped with a DN500 top manhole and a DN600 side manhole. The top manhole is mainly used for entering the inner tank during construction and equipment maintenance; the side manhole is a process manhole, which is welded shut after the equipment is completed. The bottom of the inner tank is uniformly embedded with anchor belts, which can secure the entire inner tank to the bottom foundation and prevent the inner tank from deforming outward under lifting force.
The outer tank mainly consists of the top cover, cylinder body, and bottom plate, with all components made of Q235B steel plate. The tank body is equipped with a DN600 top manhole and a DN700 side manhole for equipment maintenance. The outer tank bottom plate is laid on the foundation platform and secured to the foundation platform with embedded steel plates, and the side edges of the bottom plate are designed to prevent moisture ingress.
The inner and outer top covers adopt a ribbed arch structure, with a wall thickness of 5/6mm;
The inner and outer cylinder bodies use an internal angle steel ring reinforcement structure, with wall thickness varying from 5-8mm.
The key pressure-bearing parts connecting the upper part of the inner cylinder body with the top cover (pressure-bearing ring) and the lower part of the cylinder body with the bottom plate are reinforced with thick plates and ribs to ensure they can withstand sufficient pressure.
