LNG Air Temperature Vaporizer
LNG air temperature vaporizer is a new natural gas supply process. The entire system consists of LNG low-temperature cylinders, air temperature vaporizers, and pressure regulating metering systems. The LNG bottle group vaporization station is used in a range of 1000 to 5000 households, with small investment, short construction time, and the ability to fill low-temperature cylinders within a 300-kilometer range, resulting in low operating costs. Product Structure
This series of vaporizers is of the tube bundle type, using star-shaped finned tubes connected in a "bridge" configuration to enhance vaporization capacity and equipment flexibility. The connection between the fins does not require welding, resulting in low internal stress, compact structure, uniform arrangement, and durability.
The heat transfer tubes of the air temperature vaporizer are formed by extruding the heat sinks and tubes, with the cross-section of the heat transfer tube being star-shaped fins. The air temperature vaporizer consists of an evaporation section and a heating section. The evaporation section is composed of heat transfer tubes connected in parallel by end plates, while the heating section consists of heat transfer tubes connected in series with bent pipe joints.

Note: For larger flow rates and longer continuous full-load operation, multiple units can be used in parallel or switched.
Design Conditions: Temperature -10°C, relative humidity 70%, vaporization capacity for continuous use of 8-12 hours.
Star-shaped Finned Tube
The star-shaped finned tube is the core component of the vaporizer, responsible for heat absorption and vaporization. The material of the finned tube is rust-resistant aluminum, and the commonly used fins are 8 fins and 12 fins. The outer diameters of the finned tubes are mainly two specifications: φ160mm and φ200mm, with large vaporizers typically using φ200mm.
Materials and Process
All parts are made of high-performance aluminum alloy and stainless steel with excellent anti-oxidation properties. The stainless steel core tube is tightly connected to the fins under high pressure. Before leaving the factory, all products are nitrogen purged according to oxygen standards to ensure product quality and safer use.
Working Principle
The LNG air temperature vaporizer uses natural air convection to heat the low-temperature liquid in the heat exchange tubes, causing it to completely evaporate into gas. It is an efficient and energy-saving heat exchange device that combines air temperature and heating vaporization functions, capable of replacing heating vaporization products. The vaporizer converts low-temperature liquid gas into gas at a certain temperature through heat exchange, classified into high, medium, and low-pressure types based on usage.
High-pressure vaporizers vaporize liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquefied natural gas into high-pressure gas after being pressurized by low-temperature liquid pumps and fill them into steel cylinders. Low-pressure vaporizers vaporize low-temperature liquid from storage tanks into low-pressure gas, which is then transported to the usage site through a pressure regulating device and pipelines. Air temperature vaporizers are efficient and energy-saving products, saving a significant amount of electricity or steam compared to water bath electric heating vaporizers and steam heating water bath vaporizers.
The structural features of the vaporizer ensure that all components operate normally at cryogenic temperatures, avoiding sealing freeze, with good sealing performance, safety, reliability, non-corrosiveness, and long service life. Special large-diameter aluminum finned tubes of ¢120, ¢160, and ¢200 are used, allowing for extremely fast defrosting. All welds at the connections of the vaporizer components are welded using argon arc welding, resulting in neat and aesthetically pleasing welds without porosity defects. The optimized process design reduces pressure drop, eliminates bypass flow phenomena, and ensures that flow rates are controlled within a safe range.
