Air Temperature Vaporizer for Liquid Argon
This series of vaporizers uses the heat from the air to heat the low-temperature liquid inside the heat exchange tube. The fins of the heat exchange tube absorb heat from the air and transfer it to the low-temperature liquid inside the tube, causing it to vaporize into gas. Air temperature vaporizers do not require electricity or steam, making them a new type of energy-saving vaporization equipment. They have no moving parts, require no maintenance, and operate silently, making them widely used for the vaporization of low-temperature liquids such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid LNG.

Product Structure and Working Principle
This series of vaporizers is of the tube bundle type, using a star-shaped fin tube connection to enhance vaporization capacity and the flexibility of the equipment. The connection between the fins does not require welding, resulting in low internal stress, a compact structure, uniform arrangement, and durability.
The LNG air temperature vaporizer uses natural convection of air to heat the low-temperature liquid in the heat exchange tube, completely evaporating it into gas. It is an efficient energy-saving heat exchange device that combines air temperature and heating vaporization functions, capable of replacing heating vaporization products. The vaporizer converts low-temperature liquid gas into gas at a certain temperature through heat exchange, classified into high, medium, and low-pressure types based on usage.
High-pressure vaporizers vaporize liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquefied natural gas into high-pressure gas after being pressurized by a low-temperature liquid pump and fill it into steel cylinders. Low-pressure vaporizers vaporize low-temperature liquid from storage tanks into low-pressure gas, which is then transported to the usage site through a pressure regulating device via pipelines. Air temperature vaporizers are energy-saving products that can save a significant amount of electricity or steam compared to water bath electric heating vaporizers and steam heating water bath vaporizers.
The structural features of the vaporizer ensure that all components operate normally at cryogenic temperatures, avoiding sealing freeze, with good sealing performance that is safe and reliable, non-corrosive, and has a long service life. It uses special large-diameter aluminum fin tubes of φ120, φ160, and φ200, which have a fast defrosting speed.
All welds at the connections of the vaporizer components are welded using argon arc welding, resulting in neat and aesthetically pleasing welds without porosity defects. The optimized process design reduces pressure drop to a lower level, eliminating flow deviation and ensuring that flow rates are controlled within a safe range.

Star-shaped Fin Tube
The star-shaped fin tube is the core component of the vaporizer, responsible for heat absorption and vaporization. The material of the fin tube is rust-proof aluminum, and the commonly used fin configurations are 8 fins and 12 fins. The outer diameters of the fin tubes are mainly two specifications: φ160mm and φ200mm, with large vaporizers typically using φ200mm.
Materials and Processes
All parts are made of high-performance aluminum alloy and stainless steel with excellent anti-oxidation properties. The high-pressure connection between the stainless steel core tube and the fins is tight. Before leaving the factory, all products are nitrogen purged according to oxygen standards to ensure product quality and safer use.
