LNG vaporization station storage tank
Product Details
LNG Vaporization Station Tank
The vacuum LNG low-temperature liquid storage tank is a commonly used, advanced low-temperature liquid long-term storage device, featuring large storage capacity, adjustable pressure, low evaporation rate, and safety reliability. It is widely used in LNG refueling stations, LNG vaporization stations, LNG emergency peak shaving stations, and other projects. The tank adopts a double-layer cylindrical structure, with the interlayer filled with insulating material perlite and vacuumed. It mainly consists of an inner tank and outer tank, insulation structure, piping system, and safety accessories.

Storage and Transportation Container
Our company produces storage tanks in various sizes ranging from 5M3 to 250M3, with pressures from 0.7MPa to 2.16MPa, available in vertical, horizontal, and non-standard types. They feature a double-layer high vacuum insulation structure, similar to the structure and insulation principle of household thermos bottles, and are special low-temperature pressure vessels mainly used for storing and transporting industrial gases in liquid form at temperatures of -196℃ (LO2, LN2, LAr, LCO2).
The low-temperature containers designed and produced by our company comply with the standards of GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels" and GB-18442 "Fixed Vacuum Powder Insulated Low-Temperature Liquid Storage Tanks", and are supervised by the National Quality Technical Supervision Bureau's "Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Inspection Regulations" with the following functions and features.
Each storage tank undergoes low-temperature testing before leaving the factory to ensure the reliability of the insulation and low consumption storage. The storage tank uses perlite parameters that meet the requirements and is vacuumed to a vacuum degree of ≤2.0Pa. To ensure a long lifespan for the low-temperature storage tank's interlayer, both the inner liner and interlayer have undergone strict pressure, airtightness tests, and helium mass spectrometry leak detection, with a leakage rate of ≤1×10-6Pa L/S for compression sealing, ensuring that the vacuum does not leak, and various safety accessories are used for added peace of mind.
Configured with double safety valves and double rupture discs, the number of safety valves is greater than that of other manufacturers, with basically every closed pipeline having a safety valve.
A three-way valve design is used before the safety device, eliminating concerns about the safety device being closed, making it more convenient for the maintenance and replacement of safety accessories. Small issues are fully considered to meet user needs.
The inner liner of the storage tank is made of high-quality stainless steel plate and is passivated. It is equipped with an automatic pressure-increasing tank valve that can automatically increase pressure.
The storage tank can be optionally equipped with a gas-saving device.
When the pressure of the low-temperature liquid storage tank exceeds the set pressure, the tank automatically uses gas to reduce pressure; when the pressure of the low-temperature liquid storage tank is below the set pressure, the tank automatically activates the pressure-increasing device to increase pressure, thus keeping the pressure of the entire low-temperature liquid storage tank in a constant state.
